About the role
The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory Policy Analyst, GS-0301-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Identify, design, and/or implement Agency-wide programs. Provide advice to senior leadership on policy matters, political impacts, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop communication strategies to disseminate policy updates and/or changes across the organization. Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised. Analyze new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on Executive Secretariat program operations and/or management.
