Senior Franchise Account Manager, Global Delivery Partnerships

About the Role The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated individual to join our team which manages the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald's, Subway & Yum! Brands. As a Senior Franchise Account Manager, you will manage our most influential franchise merchant relationships for the largest QSR brands globally. You will work closely with our existing team of Account Managers who have laid a strong relationship foundation with corporate brand teams. As the owner of a portfolio of high-value franchise groups,you'll drive measurable outcomes across net acquisition, demand generation, and trip growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to franchisee success and the overall growth of priority Global Partnerships. What You'll Do 1. Build relationships: lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups 2. Employ critical thinking and creat
