Lead Financial Management Analyst

Those selected for the Honolulu, HI duty location are eligible for COLA. Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as a team lead for financial management staff, assigning and reviewing work, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. Provides guidance, coaching, and technical direction to staff while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial management objectives. Develops, analyzes, and manages budget formulation and execution activities. Reviews funding requirements, monitors obligations and expenditures, and evaluates the use of funds to ensure effective and efficient resource utilization in support of program goals. Performs complex financial analysis using a variety of financial systems and data sources. Develops reports, forecasts, and briefings to inform leadership on financial status, trends, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions.
