Deputy Senior Vice President of Small Business

The Senior Level (SL) system is for positions classified above GS-15 that do not meet the criteria for the Senior Executive Service (SES), nor do they involve the fundamental research and development responsibilities that are characteristic of the Scientific or Professional (ST) system. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as the backup for the Bank's principal executive leader for advancing EXIM's statutory small business mandate and ensuring small business exporters are fully integrated into the Bank's core financing, insurance, and policy framework. Develops and executes EXIM's enterprise small business strategy, ensuring programmatic priorities with national trade policy objectives, statutory requirements, and the Bank's broader mission. Serves as the Bank's Deputy Senior Advisor to the Chairman, Board, and executive leadership on small business policy, performance, and emerging market or exporter trends, providing expert analysis and strategic guidance to inform executiv
