Full Stack Engineer

Civilization Labs is a Public Benefit Corporation building tools to help people pressure-test ideas before acting on them. Our products are designed to make reasoning more transparent, surface uncertainty clearly, ground conclusions in evidence, and help turn good judgment into better execution. We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer for an early-stage, high-ownership role spanning product, backend, frontend, infra, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a role for someone who likes ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to build tools that help people think more clearly and decide better. Stack: Python, Node.js, Next.js, React, GCP, CI/CD, IaC, microservices, databases, messaging, monitoring. Rust/WASM and blockchain/protocol experience are a plus.
