UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GS-0303-07, you will assist Personnel Management Activities: Supports the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Provides customer service and guidance on organizational personnel policies and procedures. Monitors personnel records and supports preparation of routine personnel actions with guidance from higher graded HR Specialist. Assists with maintaining personnel files and electronic records in accordance with Air Force, Air National Guard, and local directives. Participates in tracking training requirements for assigned organization and helps coordinate developmental opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5-day workweek, then a 4-day workweek (eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80-hour pay period.
