Supervisory Program Manager (Field Administrator) - SME (Open to both U.S. Citizens and Federal Employees)

As a Supervisory Program Manager (Field Administrator), you will: Manage the activities and provide general leadership and supervision for geographically dispersed FMCSA Program Managers (Division Administrator) who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of FMCSA Division offices that consist of safety investigators, program managers, and administrative support staff. Provide general leadership, direction and supervision on work problems presented by subordinate managers and supervisors. Manage the performance of subordinate managers and supervisors and their direct performance management of the organization of jurisdiction. Monitor resource management responsibilities for assigned areas complied of professional, technical administrative and clerical support personnel ranging in grades up to GS-15, responsible for the day-to-day operations of FMCSA Division offices.
