Job Title: Turnaround Lead Planner Job Description The Turnaround Lead Planner will support the planning and execution of major turnaround activities at a refinery in Superior, WI. This role focuses on developing executable scope, creating accurate estimates and schedules, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and on-schedule turnarounds. The position requires strong mechanical planning expertise, hands-on estimating and scope development experience, and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders across operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, HSE, and procurement. Responsibilities • Lead the development, validation, and challenge of turnaround scope, ensuring alignment with risk ranking, field verification, and overall turnaround objectives. • Conduct detailed field verifications to confirm scope accuracy and identify potential risks or constraints prior to execution. • Perform planner training and update, redline, and refine work pack
