About the role
As a Supervisory Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties: Directs and develop concepts, methodologies, policies, and procedures for all related areas, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory restrictions. Formulates and defends manpower requirements to high-level authorities, preparing supporting documentation and analyzing results for assigned programs. Develops TDY schedules, specific analytical assignments, personnel workload, special projects and other related work requirements. Serves as technical authority for complex issues regarding determination of manpower/FTE requirements Agency-wide. Reviews and certifies the adequacy and accuracy of job descriptions for subordinates. Develops job performance standards and appraises performance of subordinates.
