About the role
The Field Office Technician (Lead Customer Support) plays a vital role in providing on-site technical support for the CASTLE-NET program. This position involves visiting field offices to perform essential IT infrastructure checks and ensuring that end-user devices are functioning optimally. You will conduct network performance evaluations, inspect conference room equipment, and maintain compliance with USACE IT policies, acting as a crucial link between field operations and headquarters.
