AI Product Designer

You’ll play a critical role in shaping Durable’s core user experience. You’ll lead the design of intelligent, AI-native systems that feel proactive, intuitive, and approachable. This isn’t a traditional SaaS design role, you’ll be inventing new patterns for interacting with AI, simplifying complex tasks into beautiful flows, and helping small business owners feel empowered by AI, not afraid of it. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to define what great AI UX looks like and set the standard for how we build it. You’ll be a force multiplier for the design team: guiding others, raising the bar, and delivering work that moves the business forward. What we look for • 5+ years of product design experience on shipped B2C products, with a portfolio you can speak to in depth • Comfortable producing in code or with AI-assisted coding
