This role sits at the intersection of community building and scholarship operations—you'll help cultivate a supportive, high-touch experience for our growing community of Chime Scholars while keeping the engine of our renewal scholarship cycle running smoothly.</p> <p>You'll be a go-to resource for current scholars, helping them stay connected, engaged, and on track for renewal. Many of our scholars are the first in their families to pursue higher education, and this role plays a critical part in making sure they feel seen, supported, and set up for success year after year.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $86,000.00 and up to $119,000.00.
