Founding Product Marketer

Highlight is building a shared intelligence layer for the modern workforce. Highlight unifies context across every person and tool on your team, seamlessly bridging information silos. THE ROLE We are looking for a strategic, high-velocity founding Product Marketer to own the narrative and messaging for Highlight. You will be the bridge between our product’s technical capabilities and the real-world problems of our users. This is a "player-coach" role. You’ll be responsible for everything from high-level brand narrative and positioning to the granular execution of sales enablement and launch plans. You should be comfortable moving from a board-level strategy deck to writing a UI tooltip in the same afternoon. You'll work directly with Sergei Sorokin (CEO) and the founding team.
