You will discuss operational issues with customers to determine fault troubleshooting operations. You will perform a risk analysis of information technology (IT) systems to identify problems and recommend solutions. You will manage the implementation of a total life cycle configuration management for an organization. You will identify information technology (IT) project requirements (e.g., scope, deliverables, or other project requirements) to support customer requests and mission requirements. You will lead study projects to identify and validate information technology (IT) operational requirements and priorities. You will diagnose operating systems to maintain reliability of services.
