Registered Nurse - Supervisory Nurse Recruiter

Duties include but are not limited to: Organize and collaborate with management in implementing hiring guidelines and structures in congruence with HR policies and procedures. Initiate and maintain databases, prepares reports, and works collaboratively with others to assess and evaluate variances and project needs. Facilitate recommendations for systems and/or resource changes that will serve to improve the work force and resource utilization. Work collaboratively with nursing administration, leadership, and Human Resources Management Service to meet resource needs. Maintain systems to track, trend and forecast nursing personnel needs based on trend in the VA and in the community. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with affiliated schools, professional organizations, certifying bodies and program directors of nursing programs in the local region.
