As a Lead Human Resources Assistant (Military/Office Automation), you will: Resolve conflicts that may arise among team members. Interview military applicants to gather and verify data for service entry. Inform military applicants about required processes and procedures for their branch of service. Obtain military applicants' fingerprints to initiate a background investigation. Perform quality review of military applicant records, packets, and forms to ensure compliance with all requirements. Prepare recruitment and other military personnel documents for individuals enlisting or reenlisting into military service. Distribute workload among employees to ensure timely completion.
