NON-MEDICAL CLINICAL COUNSELOR (SPIRIC)

You will develop short-term solution to focus on the psychological and counseling needs of the clients in crisis situations. You will provide immediate and ongoing support to individuals, couples, families, and groups impacted by suicide-related events, and facilitate group and individual interventions to promote coping, resilience, and recovery. You will coordinate with legal, medical and social services including commands, to assist in counseling and referrals, as needed. You will collect bio-psychosocial information from clients of various cultural backgrounds using interviews and assess their bio-psychosocial needs to recognize and diagnose problems related to psychosocial, personal and environmental issues.
