Phaseform is a successful deep-tech company based in Freiburg, Germany. We change the way adaptive optics can help microscopy, ophthalmology and machine vision using our proprietary optofluidic wavefront modulator technology (DPP). We are currently in the second year of the EIC Accelerator programme — one of the most competitive EU funding instruments for breakthrough innovation — and are driving the next phase of growth, including further fundraising and international market expansion. As we scale, we need robust financial structures that can keep up with the increased complexities.
