THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it As a Training Content Designer, you'll be the creative force behind engaging learning experiences that empower our Operations and Customer Service teams. You'll partner with subject matter experts and the Training Content team to design and develop online learning modules and web-based training sessions that stick. Using your expertise in instructional design and multimedia development, you'll craft compelling content that combines text, images, video, and audio to educate and inspire our employees and stakeholders.
