Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to build strong relationships, address customer needs, and enhance the overall customer experience, thereby driving customer retention and company growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with SK Stones USA products and services. Serve as the customer advocate within the comp
