About the role
As the Management and Program Analyst, you will help to promote optimal construction program management by developing business solutions that maximize support to VHA, NCA and VBA projects by aligning solution with business needs The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serves as subject matter expert in managing a PAE business line program Establishes and maintains project management policy and procedures associated with quality compliance. Works with SMEs within CFM to develop, interpret, and advise on construction, design or project management Advocates, explains and/or justify, procedures and guidance to ensure program consistency. Develops and distributes, analyzes and reviews findings. Prepares and distributes regular reports to senior officials Analyzes open-ended comment data and recommends SES leadership on appropriate CFM contacts for stakeholders seeking more information Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Applies expert knowle
