SUPERVISORY BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST

Direct and/or coordinate the collective efforts of a multi-disciplined staff of media specialists, data analysts, creative teams, and contractors assigned to major advertising campaigns of national scope, interest and significance across multiple platforms and participating vendor organizations. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities and advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Hear and resolve employee complaints and refers serious unresolved complaints to higher level management. Develop comprehensive goals and objectives that seamlessly integrate brand marketing objectives with performance-based and data-driven media strategies. Plan campaign activities to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short and long-term performance targets, and prepare campaign calendars and optimization schedules.
