About the role
The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Works directly with the Business Operating Division/Function Executives on highly sensitive issues dealing with labor relations impacts to employees, prior to public communication or release of information. Must be able to work confidentially with these executives Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through National Communications & Liaison (C&L) Media Relations, field offices, other Operating Divisions, and the Business Operating Division/Function employees at all levels Advises management of public reaction/attitudes to policies and emerging issues and identifies and develops strategies to assist the Business Operating Division/Function in meetin
