What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards Ability to communicate effectively and work collaborativ
