SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Plans, organizes, and overseas the activities of the Resources and Analysis Division and reports to J6 Director (a General/ Flag Officer). Supervises division personnel consisting of 15 civilians/ military members and over 300 contractors performing work such as C4I program management and support, management analysis, budget/financial management, supply/inventory management, postal operations, personnel/manpower management, records management, contract management/administration, and other administrative support work. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization, resources, and analysis objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters.
