Senior Program Manager (Change Management) #5434

Develops and implements an integrated change management strategy and plan, validates progress and recommends modifications. Develops indicators and institutes measurement and reporting plans to allow for assessment of change management throughout the lifecycle of the project. Serves as a change liaison for key stakeholders to assist with championing and facilitating change, supporting and coaching other stakeholders to drive the required change. Develops and leads a comprehensive communication plan for the project to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Assesses and validates the scope and impact of required changes associated with the project. Other duties, as assigned.
