PROCESSORS

Processors work onboard a factory trawler in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands handling various species of fish. Duties Include: Sorting, cutting, and packing product Loading and unloading the product into freezers Bagging and storing finished product in the cargo hold Cleaning and maintaining the factory Assisting with the offload process at the end of each trip Additional maintenance tasks required Requirements: Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours a day, 7 days a week Must be able to understand instructions and safety procedures in English Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more continuously Ability to be away from home for months at a time with limited medical care Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, basic health check, and background and reference check.
