Job Description Summary This role sits within the iRT software solutions team and will play a pivotal part in leading both pre sales and post sales customer implementation activities. Key responsibilities include assessing customer workflows, defining connectivity requirements, and driving the technical implementation framework. iRT is a rapidly growing product in the Oncology Therapy Guidance segment, addressing a critical customer need. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers as well as service, commercial, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience and consistently high customer satisfaction.
