Overview: This position is responsible for the preparation and processing of Conventional Claims. Primary Responsibilities: Monitor daily reports outlining workflow and processing needed. Understand the workflow and upstream processing as well as the difference between the claim types: Short Sales, Foreclosure Claims, Third Party Claims, Charge Off, Security Claims, Loss Mitigation Claims, and Deed in Lieu Claims.
