Establishing production and quality standards for work completion and providing guidance to employees on case processing. Overseeing facilities, property, and security resources to ensure efficient office operations. Serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative for the Region on administrative expenditures and coordinating and managing all official travel. Establishing and communicating guidelines and performance requirements to employees. Initiating personnel actions, providing for the developmental and training needs of employees, and conducting performance reviews.
