Technical SME & Solutions Architect (SYSANALYSIS)

Provides authoritative, expert advice to Federal Chief Information Officers (CIOs), customer program staff, and acquisition teams, directing the comprehensive strategy for IT infrastructure: specifically, application rationalization, enterprise architecture and design, full lifecycle implementation, and management of optimization planning processes. Leads government-wide initiatives by identifying critical opportunities for IT infrastructure consolidation and optimization and engineering robust, common solutions with broad federal impact. Supports strategic sourcing and cost savings initiatives such as the OneGov Strategy. Defines specific common performance measures for IT, including cloud services and other "as a service" models, service levels, and costs.
