About the role
The Construction Control Representative provides expertise in facility maintenance, contracting techniques to best support building systems and execution of maintenance projects. In this position, you will: Serve as contracting office's technical representative for OFMR maintenance contracts. Provide technical assistance and advice to OFMR staff members and/or contractors to assure contractors are in full compliance with contractual requirements. Use automated technical software to compile information necessary to report and formulate data, presentations or documentation for maintenance assignments. Oversee management and integration of contractor operations, work closely with SI personnel, professional engineers and maintenance operators engaged in maintenance activities and projects. Communicate with personnel at a variety of levels to convey progress, problems and recommendations in a timely manner.
