Senior Underwriter - Group Captives

Join our team as a Senior Underwriter or AVP, Underwriting Director for Group Captives! At Zurich, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. While we prefer a hybrid work model with three days a week in our Schaumburg, IL office, we are also open to qualified remote candidates across the U.S. You will collaborate closely with your manager to create a flexible work schedule that effectively serves our customers, brokers, and agents. As a leader in the industry, we partner with top captive consultants in the U.S. to provide a comprehensive range of services to member-owned, agency, and other fronted captives. This position will be categorized as either a Senior Underwriter or AVP, Underwriting Director based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Our hiring manager will assess the best fit during the selection process. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue renewal and new account opportunities for captives. • Conduct in-depth assessments with
