As a Management & Program Analyst, PT, 0343, 3, your typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as a Project or Program Leader for LC Quality Assurance and Metrics for LC learning programs and process improvement efforts, focused on initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness related to learning. Leads the development and implementation of LC policies and procedures for planning and executing training, operations projects and improvement initiatives, including planning, scheduling, executing, and progress monitoring and reporting of project and program activities and delivering outcomes. Leads and directs implementation of approved solutions including delivering agency-wide briefings, preparing written internal communications, and developing and delivering other types of material/activities as needed to achieve successful implementation.
