Human Resources Specialist

Assist with recruitment, placement, RIF, and related programs, including processing appointments, promotions, and special employment programs. Provide advisory services on recruitment and placement actions, including identifying staffing problems and developing solutions. Conduct evaluations of ARTRANS HR program accomplishments through reports, on-site visits, and surveys. Recommend and establish procedures for evaluating program effectiveness and compliance with policies and standards. Prepare slides for various meetings and reports using tracked information. Maintain and update all recruit/fill actions to track their progress in the hiring process. Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, and special programs emphasizing affirmative action.
