About the role
Delivers advanced specialized SERE training to students, ensuring effective instruction, evaluation, and classroom management. Trains, coaches, and develops personnel to ensure technical proficiency, professional growth, and alignment with program standards. Performs research and analysis to develop subject matter expertise and recommend updates to courseware and capability development efforts. Serves as resident course lead instructor and may be nominated to serve as Mobile Training Team (MTT) lead.
