Solder/Wire Harness Assembler

San Diego Company seeking to hire a Lead Wire Harness Electronics Assembler! Pay: $26–$32/hr (DOE) Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Overview: Seeking an experienced Wire Harness Electronics Assembler to build complex cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Requires strong soldering, crimping, wire prep, and schematic reading skills, along with First Article Assembly (FAI) experience. Responsibilities: Assemble complex wire and cable harnesses (point-to-point, routing, lacing, chassis/panel wiring) Perform wire prep: stripping, tinning, crimping, terminating Hand solder/de-solder using through-hole techniques (microscope work as needed) Build per schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions Support First Article Assembly (FAI) builds and provide feedback on build issues Perform continuity testing, inspections, rework, and repairs Complete production and quality documentation Follow safety and workmanship standards
