HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/LABOR RELATIONS)

You will provide limited technical over-site, advice, and guidance on the most effective alignment of LER (Labor and Employee Relations) and performance management policies to support strategic goals and objectives. (GS-11) You will assist on a broad range of employee relations (ER) activities including guidance and advice to employees, leadership, program managers, other management officials and supervisors.
