Registered Nurse - Nurse Recruiter

As the Registered Nurse - Nurse Recruiter, you will function as an internal consultant in evaluating programs, resources, and services. You will initiate and maintains databases, prepares, reports, and works collaboratively with others to assess variances and project needs. As a servant leader, the Nurse Recruiter enhances Nursing Excellence. Nurse Recruiter actively collaborates with the Transition to Practice, Post Baccalaureate Nurse Residency, Student Nurse Technician, and Veterans Affairs Learning Opportunities Residency (VALOR) programs. You are responsible for the Graduate Nurse Technician program as part of leading the retention of nursing staff and leads retention activities. Duties of the position include but are limited to; Facilitates recommendations for systems and/or resource changes that will serve to improve the work force and resource utilization. Collaborates with nursing administration, Credentialing, and Human Resources Management Service to meet organizational need
