The Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) Proteomics Core within the Fischer Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute serves as a resource for the Cancer Biology Department, aiding investigators in answering key research questions using mass spectrometry-based proteomics. We employ quantitative chemoproteomic and interactomic approaches to identify drug targets and are continuing to expand our repertoire to meet the needs of our core users. Our core is equipped with extensive mass spectrometry equipment including timsTOF HT, timsTOF Ultra2 and Orbitrap Eclipse tribrid mass spectrometers. The TPD Core seeks a highly motivated individual to join the team as a RESEARCH SCIENTIST, who will employ mass spectrometry-based technologies to assess the cellular proteome in response to external stimuli. This individual will be an important member of our core team and will work across a variety of different research projects focused on targeted protein degradation as a novel therapeutic modality.
