IMC is seeking an experienced operational leader to join our growing US Equities desk in New York as Chief Operating Officer. As we build and scale this business, the Equities COO will serve as the right hand to the Desk Head, ensuring the desk operates efficiently, communicates effectively, and stays focused on both short- and long-term goals. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of trading, strategy, operations, and people — acting as a force multiplier for the Desk Head and ensuring the desk’s most critical priorities move forward with speed and clarity. This role focuses on driving strategic execution, managing the desk’s operating rhythm, and strengthening team culture and cross-functional coordination. You will apply structured problem-solving to complex business challenges, lead high-priority initiatives, and represent the desk across internal and external stakeholders. The position provides meaningful ownership an
