Sales/Operations Manager

Overview A multi-million dollar premium fitness facility is launching in Tampa. Large-format, full-spectrum, built to a standard the market hasn’t seen. Pre-sale begins in the coming weeks. We’re hiring a senior operator to lead the launch and own daily operations from doors-open forward. This is a build-from-zero seat with real ownership, real numbers, and a direct line to the Founder. If you’ve been running someone else’s playbook and waiting for the room where the playbook gets written, this is that room. Responsibilities • Lead pre-sale execution and member acquisition • Own daily operations: hiring, training, scheduling, floor standards • Drive core KPIs: EFT, ARPM, retention, ancillary revenue, NPS • Build and develop the operations team • Run the operating rhythm of daily huddles, weekly reviews, monthly performance accountability • Partner with GM and Sales Manager on revenue and retention • Build the operating playbook for future locations Requirements • 5+ years
