About the role
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts seeks a skilled and self-motivated Supervisory Probation Administrator to join its team to serve as the Program Oversight Branch Chief. The Supervisory Probation Administrator (Program Oversight Branch Chief) position is located within the Department of Program Services, Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO), Program Oversight and Support Division (POSD). This position reports to the POSD Chief. As a member of the PPSO leadership team, the Program Oversight Branch Chief is responsible for leadership and oversight of staff working in the Program Oversight Branch. The incumbent of this position will have key influence in developing a future vision for statutorily required national oversight functions and strengthening systemwide oversight and quality assurance protocols to include measuring adherence with evidence-based practices and national policies and procedures.
