Management Analyst

Performs performance and quality analysis work which includes administrative and analytical tasks such as researching and obtaining raw data from available sources. Analyzes and evaluates on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Collects and analyzes pertinent organizational data and information; develops statistical and narrative data to justify any changes and recommendations; prepares and presents briefings and leads presentations for top management.
