Scientist, Integration and Test Engineering

The Chief Integration & Test Engineer (CITE) will oversee system verification and test planning for the integration of the spacecraft bus, mission payload, and communication payload, culminating in end-to-end testing. Responsibilities include leading a team of I&T engineers through the product life cycle, from initial requirement analysis for testability to designing and developing test plans and flows. Additionally, this role involves defining, planning, and implementing strategies for test, verification, validation, qualification, and acceptance testing. Essential Functions: Provide mastery-level system integration and test engineering expertise to a team. Lead space hardware and software integration and verification testing at acceptance, proto-flight, and qualification levels for all relevant environments (vibration, thermal, vacuum) Develop verification plans, test procedures, and test flows, and lead the execution of test procedures.
