SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION)

Assigns work to team members based on priorities, the difficulty of the work to be performed, and the capabilities of employees. Oversees the development of technical data, estimates, statistics, suggestions, and other information useful to higher level managers in determining which goals and objectives to emphasize. Establishes and employs means to collect and analyze program-level performance metrics, and applies quantitative analysis methods to evaluate and document the extent to which established performance standards. Establishes and documents standard business practices for the functions assigned to the Branch for continuing management to ensure efficient, effective use of the Command’s limited C4 resources. On a continuing basis, captures the team's experience and lessons learned in forms suitable for the Directorate's and Command's knowledge base.
