ABOUT THE ROLE You'll build the data foundation that enables everyone at Gamma to make faster, smarter decisions. As we continue to grow past $100M ARR with a data-savvy but decentralized team, we need someone to create a single source of truth, standardize metrics, and make self-service analytics safe and reliable. This means designing systems that answer the vast majority of organizational questions on their own, while partnering with product, growth, marketing, and support teams to turn data into action. This isn't a data-only role. You're a growth-minded analyst who thinks like a PM, curious about what moves metrics and eager to help others move faster. You'll work with modern AI and data infrastructure from day one, leveraging tools like Claude and Snowflake to make experimentation and reporting faster.
