Programmatic Support Engineer

<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>This role will play a major component in the success of the Unity exchange networks, through onboarding new DSPs, solving technical issues, investigating client issues, integrating new DSPs, and more. This Support Engineer will report into the Prog Ops & Support team within the ecosystem of the Programmatic team and will be the technical point of contact for Account Managers, Sales, BD and more.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responding to Account Manager's technical issues they're having with a DSP. This can range from discrepancies, to investigating why bids aren't being won, why bid requests aren't coming through, to a range of other technical issues.</li> <li>Integrating a new DSP to bid into the network</li> <li>Implementing custom requests for ProgOps, Account Managers, and DSPs.</li> <li&g
