About the role
If selected for this position you will join a well-respected Victim Witness team in the Criminal Division that is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling activities of the Grand Jury. The duties and responsibilities for a Grand Jury Coordinator generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct a variety of grand jury administrative duties associated with grand jury operations, i.e., develop orientation materials for new grand jurors, draft and send juror summons, monitor compliance with summons. Assemble all necessary information for presentation of indictments. Obtain documentation or other records required for presentation of a case to the grand jury. Conduct grand jury logistical support duties, i.e, schedule appearances, coordinate returns of indictments with the Court Clerk, and coordinate with Victim Witness staff regarding appearances of victims and witnesses.
