Production Specialist

This opportunity is for our Swing Shift Estimated Shift time: 2pm - 10:30pm The Production Specialist is a technical role responsible for the efficient set-up, operation, testing, and preventative maintenance of food manufacturing equipment. Beyond standard operation, this role serves as a technical lead on the floor, troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring equipment runs at optimal settings. The ideal candidate champions workplace safety and food quality compliance (GMPs) at all times. Work Safety & Compliance • LOTO & Safety: Strictly adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during all setup, maintenance, and cleaning activities. • Hazard Reporting: Actively participate in safety audits; identify and report potential pinch points, electrical hazards, or guarding issues immediately. • Food Safety: Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP guidelines.
